Might be something like that for CM3D2, but I can only imagine that there would be awful clipping. There isn't really anything out there like what you want.
You could try playing some Eushully games, they usually have more than a few monster girls. They aren't like AA2 at all generally, but stuff like Kamidori has good gameplay.
