At the begining with the step mentioning database entries and things, I think that's only supposed to be done if they don't already exist, as I did it and in order to recompile them, my 3ds deleted all updates and downloadable contents from my sd card.

It should have everything required 3DS side (minimal PC tools) to get up and running from scratch (pre-downgrade) to CFW (multiple, rxTools default). Additional assitive tools like SVDT (savedata manager) and Decrypt9 (extract/inject multi-tool) are also included for edge-cases. I also took the liberty of rewriting the firmware .bat file to be more streamlined and a pretty thorough readme focusing on rxTools. Thoughts and suggested improvements are appreciated.

Updated my emunand to 9.5, now when I boot into emunand it gives me a popupm saying "setting up home screen" that turns into a black screen.

Yay leveling up at bonfires. I don't know why they thought making you speak to the same NP who repeats the same lines of dialogue before leveling up would make players feel anything but dislike for the NPC and just want to mash through her dialogue
