I feel like all of these are better at killing than defending. So, since none of them could keep me alive, I'd go with who has the best chance of avenging me by killing the rest of them.

He's a fucking robot with a reaction time of <1ms. Mass effect the game makes the Geth just like any other enemy but in reality a synthetic machine would be unable to be killed. It has a whole network of other geth that it can draw information from so it can't ever be caught by surprise.

You gotta get the dlc. Omega is skippable but the rest are awesome. Especially the leviathan and citadel one. Citadel depends if you want more character interaction and one last big blow out though. I liked me3 as a whole, it's the ending that most people hate. The combat is especially fun.
Just imagine having a delicious meal and then looking forward to the dessert but the dessert is awful. It's like that.

I never got Omega, but I got Citadel and From The Ashes.
Citadel I dont think is worth the price but its fun. Has a lot of jokes and is pretty self aware. The whole mission you get from it is you and your whole team pretty much bonding with a ton of banter from everybody as you fight.
