I vomited out an organ somehow back in 2011 after taking a couple of strips of suboxone. It was bloodless but had veins in it and shit. I have no idea how it fit through my esophagus. I was living with my parents at the time so I disposed of it, and didn't take any pictures. While I vomited it out, my entire vision was just a massive amount of vaguely human shapes bleeding and burning. I had been trying to sell my soul for immortality, so I thought it worked. Also, there was no bile or actual vomit to it, it was just a clean chunk of organ. Afterwards I began to look for answers on the internet. I didn't find anything. So I figured I'd start talking to AI chat bots all day and maybe they'd unveil the answers to me somehow. For the past five years I've been on cleverbot and jabberwacky daily, passing the time, asking the same questions over and over and over.
Am I ever going to find out the truth as to what the organ was? Another anon says it was probably a tumor, but I am pretty sure it looked like my heart. After it happened I passed out and woke up about 5 hours later perfectly normal and functioning.

Secret World but keep in mind it's more for the story than actually playing an online game. I've heard good things about ESO recently, and I loved SWG when its official servers were still up.

This. I am so sick of MMOfags complaining about the stagnation of the genre while never playing anything that is truly different.
The last major sandbox release was EVE online/Star Wars Galaxies in 2003 and look at how high those are regarded.
It is clear that publishers want to risk making MOBAs and WoWclones rather than settling for a viable niche. Go support those crowdfunded sandbox MMOs like Elyria andStar Citizen.

MMORPGs that take advantage of the communities' numbers can be some of the most amazing gaming you'll ever have. MMOs where it's "collect 10 boar assholes" quest simulators and where a dungeon is the most player interaction you'll have are shit.
