memeing aside how good is this?
I run on windows 8.1 and had auto updates on ever since so I'm probably getting spied on already. That and this OS is shittier then 10 i'm almost sure.
All I care about is if I run something will it fucking crash? Hows it for gaming? Is it really "faster"?
If you're on 8.1 you can't possibly fuck up any harder, like you said.

DX12 is still more of a concept then an actual APi at this point and it's going to be a solid year before we get any games and GPU cards that will actually be able to run it proper.
Aside from Win10 booting a bit faster then Win7 and having a few extra features like built in SSD trimming that actually works there's no reason to upgrade right now.
I use Win8.1 and i tried the free upgrade for a few months before i gave up on it and switched back, the auto driver update was severely broken and i ended up with several BSoD's and decided I'd rather just stick to what works.

It's shit. If you run something it likely won't run at all unless it was made either this gen or last. 8.1 actually has better game compatibility and doesn't download ads to your search bar.
All these cucks get an OS for free and all the sudden it's the best thing ever. The same people that said 8 was shit. Fucking joke.
