How open is DarkRP? I love myself some DIY gameplay and stories, but from what I heard I'm better off sticking to SS13 since it's got everything I could possibly want

It does abusive admins, annoying squeakers and donator bullshit much, much better than SS13.
Serious though, don't fucking ever play DarkRP expecting RP of any kind. It's essentially a DM where you try to kill eachother without getting caught.
