How do you know which character has the effect? I haven't played in so long, and the possibility of that being a thing still sounds rather enticing.
I remember this game. The only MMORPG I ever played for longer than half an hour. Actually played it lots throughout 2007 and 2008. This was way before "Big Bang". Upgraded my Cleric to Priest after massive amounts of time dumped into grinding and eventually sent this into the trash.

I am starting to wonder if we're ever going to get the Global version though
The game has no real plot going. There's some sort of a story, but they keep retconning it with every new patch so no one bothers to pay attention to the plot anymore. Not that anyone ever really paid attention. The game doesn't really have any memorable characters and it's failed to actually become any sort of major pop culture thing even in Korea.
Silent Crusade's story is a wholesale ripoff of the plot of TES Oblivion.
Friendstory can't decide on what the fuck it's supposed to be.
Jetts can't level fast because they can only get so far in Temple of Time because the quest chain to go in deeper is broken for them. Nexon doesn't give a shit to fix it. Actually, they barely give a shit to fix anything wrong with the game.
Finally, the game is really "start a character, grind to max level, start a character, grind to max level, start a character, grind to max level, start a character, grind to max level....."

Only MMORPG I actually managed to make friends in it and played for more than a week.
I was a relatively high level character at the time (60 something assassin at the time I think) and was running around guildless. I got a lot of guild invites but declined them all because I never talked and ended up leaving them anyways.
One day I got a random invite while going through FM and decided to accept it. It was a small guild but they were really close friends. I still didn't talk at all, but the leader kept pestering me until eventually I started talking and became friends with the regulars (about 5 or 6 people that remained in the guild, the rest were random guild hoppers)
We became good friends. I stayed in that guild for like two years until some drama happened, the guild fell apart and I quit at like level 103.
This was like back in 2007 or 2008. I wish I could make friends and enjoy MMORPGS
