Dead Rising 3 was a bad port, but with modern hardware and a few tweaks you can get 60 fps 1920x1080 and even 2560x1440.
You can even play the Wii versions on Dolphin.

I don't usually approve of most remasters/remakes, but I'm actually glad for it in the case of the original Dead Rising.
I recently went back to it, trying to get the 50 Survivor achievement and the UTTERLY APPAULING AI made it a very miserable experience. It's one thing that has always been badly needed to be fixed.
Also, there is some pretty bad screen tearing in the 360 version.
