• Downgrading breast jiggle physics to the point they don't seem to move at all
• Shaving off Cammy's nipples, breasts are just spheres now. (Wouldn't be surprised if this happens to Chun next)
• Downgrading Juris outfit design by slapping in an obvious last-minute under-suit to hide her skin, even though the design was already present in story-mode.
• Downgrading Mikas summer outfit, changing her transparent hoodie to fully opaque and zipped up.
Most of these are confirmed to be SJWs putting pressure on Capcom saying the characters make them uncomfortable. It's pretty easy to use the same wordplay tactics to make a clear point as to why the above hinders the artistic integrity of the game, and the vision of the developers. An example being:

Every character in SFV is basically built on four layers. They have the body, the hair, a fixed clothing layer, and a layer affected by physics and stage lighting. This is what makes it so easy for modders to remove articles of clothing.
This is why you can get rid of Ken's pants in his default outfit, but you can't get rid of his under armor style top. Or why you can remove Ryu's headband and GI but not his pants.
You can remove Juri's entire coat in her story mode outfit with the same method.

Urien is the only character in the game that has an in game executable trigger for the removal of his clothes. When modders alpha'd out his suit they found his body was fully textured and he had his SF3 thong design underneath.
Urien's super animation also triggers the destruction of his clothing layers on every outfit, including the premium Hercules looking outfit. He's the only one with this trigger.
And when I say erased I mean they can basically delete the layer and that's it. They can't delete fixed clothing layers like Ken's underarmor on his default and have to replace the textures entirely.
The Capcom CEO thing comes from Dengeki and Famitsu who separately reported that the R.Mika and Cammy changes were made by request of a board member after his wife complained about them.
