No if anything they'll make even more money. 3DS had to directly compete with freemium mobile games. They now have their own and can now gain revenue from both 3DS owners and Mobile Phone owners.
A fair amount of people don't know about emulators or piracy either, thinking its too complicated.

Niantec is the creator of pokemon go. The pokemon company is a seperate entity from nintendo entirely. Nintendo does not actually own pokemon, they just publish the games.
