Corvo and Jensen are strange. One has super powers that could kill everyone of them in no problems and the other can also be tanky as fuck, not to mention invisible.
Sly has no chances and the solid snake will kill venom as it already happened.
47 i have no idea. He's fucking strong and professional but i don't think he can do much against these guys.

The Cory in the House DS game of memetic repute is heavily stealth-based.
Cory isn't about gay shit, so he can easily dispatch Bad Boss and Snake, both of whom are CQC users.
Sly Cooper has literally one HP so he's killed by pretty much anybody.
Fisher is complete outclassed by Jensen, both in terms of technology and weapons. Likewise, while 47 and Corvo are both assassins, 47 is pretty much just a regular dude. He can't hold his own in a firefight.
Cory hightails it the fuck outta there because he knows he doesn't stand a chance against the remaining Corvo and Adam Jensen. With Cory back at the White House, it leaves just Adam and Corvo.
Corvo can literally stop time, teleport behind Adam, unsheathe his dagger, drop a "nothin' personnel", and then kill him before his little mana bar empties.
Corvo wins, no question.

I'd bet on Corvo, he's got the most broken magical powers, provided he's got elixirs. Second possibility is Jensen with his typhoon system loaded and enough chocolate bars to mow everyone down. Haven't played MGSV, but I heard Snake there got some special tech too, like a flying arm, so he's probably third best contender. If the fight takes place in crowded area though, 47 comes before V snake. Solid snake and Fisher are pretty much on par, Sly is shit, Cory is meme so check my five. Also there's Garrett who's been looting their homes while the fight took place.

Let's try to get some facts going.
First off all, not mater what, Corvo wins because of his powers.
We got a mercenary, 2 assassins, 2 infiltrators, an ex-swat/security agent and a thief.
In term of stealth capacity alone :
47 is a profesional and knows how to blend in with any group of people, I'd say he's second.
Then we got Sam Fischer and Solid Snake, both are pretty much on par, except that one is used to having no equipements at all and find everything on site .So... Solid Snake by a few ahead of Sam.
Venom Snake is very close to Solid but he relies a lot on equipement.
Sly is a thief, but lack the experience all of the other have with hardcore infiltration.
Now Jensen, he's not someone made for infiltration, but he still has a decent skill at that, plus is invisibility augment. Still, Snakes can both have stealth camouflages so I won't count it.
Stealth wise it's :
Corvo > 47 > Solid Snake = Sam > Venom Snake > Sly > Jensen
Now fighting wise :
47 is an assassin, heavy fighting is not for him.
Sly won't stand a chance, let's be honest.
Jensen has Swat training and augments on his side.
Sam as experience at heavy firefight, but not as much as the Snakes.
Now Solid Snake has fought against a lot of "Augmented" foes. He could beat Jensen too.
Venom Snake on the other hand, he is barely used to survive in the shitstorm of MGS universe.
So it would go like
Corvo > Solid Snake > Adam Jensen > Venom Snake > Sam > 47 > Sly
Now, my opinion may be biased by the fact that I barely played any of those games aside from MGS and Deus Ex. Feel free to shit on my tastes.

If Agent 47 is coming for you and you don't know about it in advance, then he wins 100% of the times. He'll scout you out and kill you effortlessly.
But if it's a fight where everyone is aware of each other, Corvo has this. Stop time -> Cut everyone else's throats -> Blink away -> Psh nothing personell
Adam has the best gear.
Corvo has the best powers.
Snake has the best fighting skills.
47 and Fisher are pretty good in general.
Venom is a master of killing random shitskins in a desert.

It really depends is this a straight up fight? Cause I think Solid snake would be the only able to defeat everyone else but if they have to sneak around then I feel like Sam Fisher would win because eyes easily the most operator of them all here but then again Corvo has blink
