Is there even a point in owning a console? I've always been a PC gamer with a good PC and recently got a lot of money, so I'm thnking about buying either PS3 or PS4 for the exclusives ... but literally everything has been ported to PC.
I pretty much only want to play Demon souls, Bloodborne, Ni No kuni and the new Ratchet and Clank.
Are these four games the only good PS4 and PS3 games that aren't on PC? (Uncharted, David cage games are NOT good games.)

For me it's not worth it. I played Bloodborne and found it meh.
Currently the only PS4 exclusive that I wish came out on Steam is Until Dawn, but I already completed a full playthrough of that with everyone surviving.
Best horror game/movie to come out in the past decade imo. The overall plot and the writing is solid.
It would take several games of that tier to fullt convert me though.

Absolutely, provided you are neither a child nor an autist. I can understand preferring PC gaming if you are young. You can easily pirate a ton of games, and that's not even counting emulation.
But once you had your fill of the past and you concentrate on current and upcoming games, buying overpriced PC hardware parts instead of just buying a console and being set for the good part of a decade is just dumb.
That is, of course, unless you prefer the strategy, role-playing, simulation and MMO genres. But in that case this question dowsn't even arise as your tastes are so specific.

I'm not saying that every PC gamer is that way, a lot of PC gamers do simply prefer to play games on PC and I can understand why they do, I like the platform and feel a mouse and keyboard is by far the best way to play a shooter.
A large portion though undeniably could not afford to play games on a PS4 even if they wanted to. They almost exclusively pirate software which currently is not feasible on the PS4.

I like to actually own my games, I like local multiplayer, I like that everything just werks, I like sony exclusives and I like the console experience more in general as I have grown up playing on consoles starting with the 2600.
I do have a competent PC which I mostly use for emulation and older multiplats I missed on, and sometimes for piracy, I gotta say It's a pretty shitty experience overall and the community has turned to absolute shit recently. I'm really happy to have my consoles as primary gaming devices and my PC as a secondary platform. Why would someone lock himself out of good vidya experience with a shitty PC only is beyond me.

It's got a i5 4690k which is good enough for any game out. I didn't notice is graphics card is only a 750Ti which is shit, but it's still way better than what's in the Wii U. Historically the CPU has been more important than the GPU for emulation.

Ratchet & Clank is dope. Sony also has David Cage ""games"", Persona games, is home to japanese games, Fumito Ueda games, Yoko Taro games, Naughty Dog games and lower budget experimental games like Journey, Patapon, or Gravity Rush.

What is there that's exclusive to play on PS4 that's actually interesting from a gameplay perspective? If you just want to play cinematic story games, sure, get a PS4, that's Sony's thing now, but that's just not my jam.

Alienation is cool. The remake of Assault Suit Leynos looks good, I'm gonna get that. I've heard mixed things about Gravity Rush, but I'm going to try that at some point (hoping it comes free on PS+). Uhh...

The gameplay is O.K.
It's definitely not the best game in the series. The number/quality of weapons was a bit disappointing (I did not preorder) and I think they could have / should have done a lot more with it.
The big issue is that the framerate sucks. If you don't think the framerate sucks, we can just stop the conversation there. It definitely has performance issues, clear as day right from the jump. Not as bad as the last R&C game on PS3, but they're rough.
