It'll be a good Open World ARPG. Better than Skyrim but worse than Witcher 3 that will mostly be remembered for having one of the most unusual settings in the genre, having some of the strongest characterization and having a much more focussed plot.
It'll be criticized for for its more linear structure, some repetetive side content and maybe its combat. While it might not elevate the genre to new levels of quality like Witcher 3 did it'll turn out one of the best games this year and be praised for succesfully combining japanese and western RPG design.
