less than a day is pretty good considering they have probably dozens of thousands of reports at any given time.
they may put in an automated system if it finds keywords like "nigger", "fuck you", "kike", etc. but some harassment is a little more personal or complicated so this whole system will just allow players to be silenced for being dickheads on purpose. hardly anyone is going to be accidentally silenced, and i'm sure a quick appeal will get it removed if there's a mistake.

It is unethical because it's easily abused by people who don't work for Blizzard but have their own politics they wish to enforce and don't shy away from exploiting systems to meet those goals. It's not that I'm worried about Blizzard punishing people for thought crime, they've conveniently placed themselves outside of the system by letting the game population 'self regulate'.

What I would like to see someone answer is how the black community got so bad in recent years with criminality and broken families, and poor education, when there are so many programs and laws in place that strongly discourage racism to the point of ruining a person's livelihood for being 'racist'. They have so many bones thrown to them and they just keep getting worse, but all I hear is it's poverty and they need more money for programs, they get more money for those programs and they wind up worse and worse.
