It really is an amazing game. For a long time it was my favorite game ever.
There's just so much to do, and it's so good overall.
The lack of CPU cheating is a nice thing to bring up, it really feels fair, and it's fun to see how many opponents you can beat by a full lap, which you couldn't if they got speed boosts. But it's still difficult for a new player, so they'll have to practice and learn the game to be able to win. A great game.

Mario kart wii was a lot of fun for me. The only problem was the ai on 150cc and 150mirror cc. Also battle mode didn't allow free for all and force team battle. Everything else was alright.

Best SP modes, fantastic online modes I spent hours making new custom hentai avatars with to show people online (until hacking eventually ruined it), best roster, so many good courses and extra modes.
I bought both Mario Kart 7 and 8 and regret them so much. I sold 8 after finishing each course and I wish I could sell 7 but I bought it digitally, I mistake I'll never make with nintendo games ever again. Piece of shit.

I played DS autistically in high school, I held a world record in Sky Garden time trial at one point too.
MKDS was great but the races against other people were a snaking wankfest. It's piss easy to do sure, but it got way too competitive for my tastes.
MK7 would've been great if it weren't for a lack of solo single races and holy shit that rubberbanding AI could not get any more obvious. Disappointed to see battle mode resort to MKWii's dumb timer shit than outright elimination.

This is what I want. Also more Paper Mario shit, the castle in Super Circuit was cool and racing Goomba King in MK DS was cooler.
I think it would be a good idea to make all the Paper Mario 64 partners playable characters in the next Mario Kart. You get reps for standard enemies like Goomba or Cheep Cheep that should never make it on their own, but justified as being just unique enough to be main characters, and fans of classic Paper Mario get thrown some sort of bone. Should be fine as long as they decide to put in plenty of other newcomers too, as well as beloved vets. Don't pull the shit MK8 did with endless babies, a couple of metal recolors, and a couple of fur suits.
