I'm getting a graphics card tomorrow which means I will be doing my first playthrough with all the dlc. Mods or no mods? If with mods whats some good gameplay only modsits not a good graphics card so lighting fixes and good texture packs are a nono

This is what I use, these mods mostly just fix bugs and add quality of life features like the FOV slider or the improved saving system. Project Nevada is a gameplay mod that pretty much modernizes NV in the right ways, it adds stuff you take for granted in shooters like dynamic crosshairs, a dedicated grenade key and sprinting. You can disable features that you don't like too, sprinting for example makes getting to the Boomers retardedly easy.

After that initial curve the game becomes really unbalanced in terms of money and weapons/loot. You can make like 7000 caps just by looting a few places and clearing out some fiends and selling all their shit to the Gun Runners
I'm trying to get back into NV bros. I'm getting really bored of Fallout 4 with the annoying repetitious dialogue and just how buggy it is in general.
I've had NV since it came out and unfortunately I've only beat it vanilla, no DLC or mods. What are the best, recommended mods to use?

nope. the only money to be made is looting Bright Follower corpses and killing Fiends that carry Laser RCWs. Speaking of which, there is ONLY ONE always-hostile non-Faction enemy group in the entire game that uses Energy Weapons.
