Its because SF5 is scheduled for 40 minutes after Smash, no one sits in stands between games. Especially when they sat there for 2-3 hours watching the previous game.
Its like people never watch EVO. Melee topped out around 200-210k viewers and people left till SF4 was partway started and it peaked at 250k viewers
