I have a dagger (for attack speed), with a base 50 shock damage enchantment on it, but also a 300% weakness to shock for 5 seconds on it too. So the first hit does 50 damage, but the next one absolutely kills anything.
The mod also brings back Levitation spells from Morrowind too, which conveniently level your Mysticism.

I too have the paralysis staff, but nothing else to use as a weapon so far. As of now im level 7 (Breton) but i got the guild rewards and decent spells such as finger of the mountain, probably gonna try producing black soul gems or close oblivion gates to make enchantment gear, but damn enchanting at the altars is expensive as fuck and its not easy to make money in the game. I do have potions/poisons and other things to sell but im gonna need more than that.

You're also not forces to pause the game and stare directly into the eyes of every NPC you talk to.

Are those screenshots your actual screen resolution? That may explain why you haven't felt the need for a UI mod. The UI is extremely oversized when viewed on a high-resolution PC monitor because it was calibrated for being displayed on a TV a distance away from the viewer. But with such a tiny screen you don't have a whole lot of room to work with anyway. You'd still see some improvement and I would recommend one, but it's not as essential for your setup as it would be on a desktop.
Incidentally, Todd Howard would use UI mods for the same reason. When asked what mods he used in 2007, his answer was:
