Chronicles and Super Castlevania IV are the best classics, imo.
Then there's Symphony of the Night, Circle of the Moon, Aria of Sorrow, Dawn of Sorrow, and Portrait of Ruin.You could also play far worse Castlevania games than the LoS series.

I liked unlocking the splatterhouse games in the new game. The new game wasn't that good, but I spent more time playing Splatterhouse 3 then I did the actual game.
