He solely exists to cause unassuming retards to believe they are genuinely assisting the team by staying as far away from anything as possible, never EVER contesting the point no matter what, and relying completely off the bullshit one shot and random luck scattering bollocks
When you get matched against three hanzo's, you know it's going to be a tedious, frustrating and ultimately unsatisfying game that you will inevitably win because they do nothing useful
Roadhog has the potential to be useful in the hands of decent players, but he is always being used by absolutely awful players who have probably never even played anything in the support class, and only choose him because he can dish out some damage like reaper. They just sit there and let the enemy team rack up ult after ult as he tries and fails to hook them before he runs around the corner to regenerate not only his health, but the ultimate on the hanzo who is miserably failing to kill him from across the map, waiting for a chance to unleash his "muh awsum draguns" garbage that anyone who has played the game for more than an hour will already have experienced at least 50 times due to the universal infestation of Hanzo's online, and will already know how to dodge.
Junkrat is the third worst character, but only because his entire design is solely created to inflict misery and people screaming into their microphones "what the fuck was that, that's some fucking bullshit".

The hitbox of that chain is so huge that it's impossible to miss unless you are retarded which leads to your doom if you get caught. The chain needs a 1:1 hitbox with it's 3D Model and player hitboxes like on the PTR (no, they did not change the hitboxes for Roadhogs chain. It's still the same bullshit as before)

Whole hog is a fight ender unless someone kills him right as it starts. Tons of damage, tons of knockback, clears the objective and probably gets him 2-3 kills easy. The only ult more egregious was Mercy ult, which is also getting a similar nerf.

Because he is made of paper. 50 more health in shields really ups his survivability by a lot, and his Ult is actually useful as he can swooce in to save people if need be.
His orbs also travel pretty slowly so people at a long range are more prone to dying before they're properly healed, and enemies at range can walk away before you can even debuff them. in PTR the speed on these was increased tremendously so they're almost instant, so Zenyatta can snap to a fro more quickly.

It requires a few different things, and he had major weaknesses to balance it.
You had to rely on teammates actually going after a proper target (not always a good idea in quick play).
You had to keep eyes on people with orbs, since they return after a few seconds (sometimes it feels like even Mercy can heal through walls better than Zen)
Your ult has less impact than either of the other healers.
You had absolutely no health, so you couldn't sit on the point like a Lucio can. Two Junkrat grenades going off too close meant you were dead.
Overall, he just had a lower impact on the game than Mercy or Lucio.

Roadhog is objectively the most selfish character in the game. More so than Reaper as he has a clearer purpose as a flanker. Roadhog functions as his own one man team, and that comes with ups and downs.
