Been playing the JP version for a while, a few bullet points to note
>There is exploration, but it's point based. Despite this there are various branching paths you can take for treasure
>Gameplay is turn based, you have X amount of attacks you can make per turn, the cards that you roll gacha for are basically spells which you charge via normal attacks which randomly disperse different elemental charges you need X amount of to use
>You can also burn these charges to heal or give you resistance to the element you burned, the HP healed or duration depends on how many charges you have when you burn it
>Every Job has a unique limit break which you charge with normal attacks
>All enemies have a break meter, you can stagger easier by using spells with strong elements to them
>In the JP version there is a large variety of rollable and unlockable jobs including ones based on FF characters like Cloud and Gabranth
>These change your appearance as well and have their own sets of upgradable and craftable weapon types
>Each job has a set of subclasses you unlock by clearing skill tables for each class which enhance the job in various ways

Finally, been playing the jap version and got almost every job to 8* and 5* cards without paying for shit, it's pretty fucking good on that regard and the soundtrack is one of the best, reminds me of the FFXIV soundtracks with some tracks having vocals, definitely a lot better than record keeper

I think this looks better than most PS4 games. Mobile tech sure is growing fast. Now if only most mobile games weren't f2p garbage with focus tested sound effects and market researched character designs.
