If you mean playing it, yes it plays much better than the Vita version. I have both and while the camera gimmicks on Vita are funny, the game is so much smoother and nicer looking on PS4.

it's a 3rd person cinematic shooter with QTEs, they're not THAT different. Uncharted is much better though for the genre.

I bought a PS4 last month and have been considering selling it, I'm gonna place my bets on neo failing and keep it though.
Ratchet and Clank and Uncharted 4 for sure.
Also, if you already own the console, you might as well hold on to it. There will be a lot of exclusives coming out in the next year or two.
