I don't think this will happen, the experiments that hajime underwent robbed him of his humanity, he would probably just say "kay" and do it. Plus around the time that hajime transitioned, junko was running around asryoko otanashi. Besides Junko has always acted as more off a catalyst to get others to do her bidding without dirtying her hands.
