What are some good Arcade racing games with awesome car customization on ps2/gamecube/PC?
currently playing pic related ondolphin before I realized there was a pc version, not sure if it works on win 7 tho, the dolphin version hardly stays at 60 fps stable

Underground 1 and 2, Most Wanted and Carbon all work in 7 and 8 (I've been playing U2 on 8.1 recently), although there seems to be a few bugs on 10. All you really need is a resolution fix because otherwise you're stuck with low 4:3 resolutions. Check PCGamingWiki.
