Zenyatta was good because he was fast enough to chase most players and did enough damage to pick them off, sometimes outright killing them himself.
A charge shot is trash, his normal attack is strong enough to kill most people.

Zenyatta was good because he had a better damage effect than mercy. Now the playing field is more even, though his boost is still technically better since more than one person can take advantage of it at once, especially given that he himself can launch his giant balls at the target too.
Let us be able to animation cancel at the end of the charged blast

Also no, he doesn't need more mobility. His whole point is to be a support with no mobility options but high damage, much like Symmetra but with actual healing.
But yeah I'd agree that the healing rate needs a bump. Disagree on the return rate, maybe have the harmony orb stay for 5 seconds but keep the discord at 3 or it'd be a bit OP.
