Rocket League and GTA Online. I woudlnt say they are 10/10 but I just can't ever seem to get a full team in anything I play. Always one or two people short.

Squad is a piece of shit in its current state. I'm sure it will be a damn fine game when its finished, but I got it on the steam summer sale to play with my friend, and its VERY rough.

I love Squad, it's one of my favorite games by far, but it's not a 10/10. There are many glaring flaws, some which will never be fixed or will take forever to be fixed, that keep it from really becoming even a 9/10.
But you don't need friends to play Squad. You literally join a random server and everyone on both teams have mics and use teamwork. Fucking amazing

Squad is probably the best experience I've had with military bro-op. It's tense and fun, and everyone works together pretty much all the time. Very few people don't have mics and more veteran players are always coaching the newer ones. The community is fucking amazingly patient with one another.
Cons of the game are the long dev time. They are using Unreal 4 and have optimization issues whenever they patch in a new thing; getting vehicles playable has become a hair-pulling frustration from what I understand. It's going to be a long, grueling early access game.
