Can't decide between unholy dk or enhance shaman for my main come legion. Both look like fun but I can't bring myself to pick one over the other. Thinking dk will win out since I can always tank if need be.

I've been playing enhance since I started back in BC. Believe me when I say I'm excited to see shaman not get the shit stick for once. At least until the development that's mining enhance switches classes, that is.

They perma-fucked the economy, most fun I had in wow was just playing auction house and having to work hard and everyday discover something new or fight others strategies.

The actual MCH rotation is 5 buttons. Everything else is a 60second/90second/3min CD. At least 5 of the buttons on there are shit you won't hit outside of Savage Alex. You hit about 20 of them in a 15 second window at the start of the fight and then proceed to be a wet noodle for 90 seconds pushing the 5 buttons of the main rotation. So long story short, FFXIV has a shitton of cooldowns that could be consolidated.

I tried FFXIV. I dropped money on it and everything. I got to level 7 on a Gladiator before I quit. The game is so fucking slow. I don't even mean just the 2.5 GCD, but even normal walking speed felt like an atrocious slog. From what I heard Rogues problem is that it's not numbers for Sub and Ass, but it's a problem of it either feeling clunky or unfun.

Using jutsus in FFXIV is fun. You have 3 skills that are like hand seals and combining them in certain order you can unleash diferent jutsus.

I have only played Warrior since vanilla and trying to play that shit in WoD is what finally got me to quit the damn game. Arms was a complete 2 button joke of a spec and fury wasn't much better until super high ilvls LIKE ALWAYS. I was usually main tank for my guild anyway but even that lost its luster in this expansion.
Blizz fucked up with the warrior pruning in WoD and lost a shit ton of the warrior mains.

Assassination is fine, just incredibly easy and boring to play. You have 4 buttons with Mutilate, Garrote, Rupture and Envenom. Garrote and Rupture are 2 dots you have to keep up, but Garrote has a 15 second cd so it's literally impossible to fuck it up.
So you only need to actually pay attention to one dot and the rest is just Mutilate-Mutilate-Envenom-repeat
Outlaw is fun, Pistol Shot is awesome, Run Through actually being a leap works amazingly well, but Roll the Bones is the worst atrocity I have ever seen in this entire class. Thank god you can replace it with Slice and Dice or I would never play this.
Subtlety is fine, but just weird as fuck. Blizzard made the retarded decision that Shadow Dance no longer activates your stealth bar and has removed the entire api functionality for it, so you now have to keybind all your stealth abilities separately, where before you were able to re-use the same binds.
Thoughts on shaman talents. Not sure what I want to take.
My first though was to go with this. Basically, all the enhancements possible. Windsong, Frostbrand, Flametongue and Rockbiter all enhance melee attacks, which helps with Stormlash, which in turn is boosted thanks to the talent.
Is there a generally agreed upon build that people on the PTR use? I'm not trying to go full cookie-cutter, I just want ideas.

Well that's how the game is played. Only weaponskills have the 2.5 CD, the other skills are instant and don't share any CD.

My Hunter is a female Orc and BM is literally unplayable because of that.
Every time you use either Bestial Wrath or Dire Frenzy, your character yells, which for Orc women means going NNNGGHHYYAAAARRRGGGHHHHHHHH

For the most part it seems that taking certain skills are only minusculely better for the Enhancement Shaman.
Enhancement Shaman is incredibly versatile at to the point where you'll do good no matter what talents you choose.except Overcharge that shit is fucking worthless as fuck.

I've been in two different raiding guild in WoD, both had Blood DKs for progression taking every strength accessory. I wish more people used Personal Loot, but I hear it's still not so good after having changed a few times.
