Games you uninstalled really quickly.

A guy with a Sanic-tier name ("Corvo") gets framed by an evil government for killing the empress and kidnapping an adorable little girl. He breaks out of prison with the help of -- yes -- a shabby resistance group, who give him an honest-to-god "we need someone with your skills" speech. He meets a couple of cardboard characters, then some guy in a dream just hands him magic powers because he's the chosen one or something. That's where I uninstalled.
There's no humor. There's no self-awareness. There are fucking journal entries and audio logs scattered everywhere. The art style belongs on a 15-year old's DeviantArt page, and the character animations are embarrassing.
I can't say much about the gameplay, because in the first THREE missions, there is almost none of it. But I did gather that it runs on gimmicks, and that enemies are blind and dumb.
I know it's been forgotten, but I'm surprised it was never universally hated.
I should probably uninstall the new THI4F game because I haven't played it since I stopped playing it.

I reinstalled it after 3 years. plan to play again before the 2nd is out. I actually never beat the daud dlc either. I gotta do that.
Dishonored is one of the few bethesda games I love.

on a side note. I played Dishonored the week following me beating Bioshock Infinite (this is release week for that btw)
I beat infinite story in 15 hours or so? Was so disappointed, remorse is real. I regret getting that day 1. that faggot sessler and his review shilled and sold me.
anyway, I played dishonored the next week, and it is 100% a better game. More fun, and the story is 100% better.

I dunno OP. I got it not too long ago and I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm currently playing through the Knife of Dunwall/Brigmore Witches DLC, which is pretty good despite being more of the same.

It took me a while to get used to its stealth system. For the first two missions I was pretty clumsy at it. Then I got used to it and it became a decent 7/10 game.
The graphics and art style are kind of ugly, the world is a bit generic (besides the void whale stuff), and all the journals and audio logs are redundant and not worth your time reading.
The daud dlc is more challenging than the main game and the areas are more branching and open with more objectives. So that's cool, but by the time I finished the relatively short main campaign I was already burnt out on the mechanics and setting to fully enjoy the dlc. So I guess I'm glad the main game was short?

The Outsider literally gives Corvo powers because he's bored. If you just kill everyone in revenge/to get Emily back the Outsider is disappointed in you for taking the predictable and boring path. Conversely if you kill as little as possible and get revenge on the big names in interesting ways, the Outsider is happy with you for being an interesting bit of entertainment.
