New patch is going to roll out soon enough. With fixed hitboxes Roadhog could bump down, possibly Hanzo (as that's his bare redeeming factor of hitting the shit hitboxes).
DVa can bump up quickly (she's fucking great from what I hear in the PTR). Mercy may go up to ultra tier with buffs (even with reduced ult charge time, the things they're buffing far outweigh it). Zen might bump up too, he's got more shields and slightly better orbs and buffed ult.
