I like the competitive aspect of it, but there are a ton of shitty things about it that eventually turned me off completely. Partially the fact that it's a team game, really. I prefer 1v1shit and League's gameplay is neither balanced around it or built for it. The game has been past it's prime, nowadays you NEED to rely on 4 other shitters in order to win games because Riot Games deems it fit to ''cooperate'' 100% with 4 RANDOM people every match if you hope to win, people who you will probably never come into contact with again, they removed the ability to solo carry games like in season 2-3 and to some extent season 4. Rightnow the game is a boring ass grind tank meta where if you or one of the 4 retards in your team dies once 40 minutes in you lose the overall game.

I never really got into League but I always thought she was cool. I was a Dotafag for 4 years, then Valve fucked the game's balance almost as hard as what I've heard Riot does to League on a regular basis. Only thing Dota has over League these days is better character design, the game itself panders to South American shitters with a brain ping of 300.

Actually supports in league are annoying as fuck now, it's more like if you play a damage carry you have to stall and wait for everyone to be retarded, top lanes are mega tanks, junglers might be too, so you either pray to fucking god your tanks defend you while you try to kill their mega tanks without getting blown up, also if you're a fed carry you hardly win the games since they stall turtle out until everyone has equal builds it's fucking stupid and boring. even to watch.

I remember that being the problem with carry when I tried League. Dota was on the "holy fuck carries do way too much damage unless you're also a carry" end (I mean sure there was ghost scepter and force staff and shit, but when memeback came around it was too hard to even get that shit before the carries all come online at minute 10 and start 3-shotting you), League was the exact opposite, and if your carry didn't have a good mobility skill it was hopeless, like pre-rework Ashe or even Graves to some degree. When I played I remember seeing nothing but that black guy with the laser pistols, can't remember his name.

I feel like you're setting up for the whole "oh you find games quickly? In SUPER HIGH ELO it takes forever" thing but I've played probably 2-3 games a week in dynamic queue with various amounts of friends for quite a while and it never takes long. Somtimes 2-3 minutes, which isn't totally ideal but it beats everyone squabbling about roles and champions and various other bullshit.

That's why I like Awesomenauts. The game's really fast-paced by assfaggots standards. Most games are 10-15 minutes. Stomps are like 6, and those really fucking long games are still like 30-35 minutes, contrast to Dota's 2-3 hours. Also extremely generous pay model compared to other games in this genre, even Smite.

I played it for years, I gave them piles of money, but in the end the game still went to shit.
The game kept getting worse with every patch, the community was more toxic with riot banning players for hurt feelings than it was without, endless heroes with little difference between them.
Now that I've quit I can truly see how similar 90% of the abilities are
They never attempted to improve how ranked worked, they just changed numbers and added flashy new pictures to it, it's still as bad as it always was.
Eventually it will die, and then you all will come to the same conclusions I have, you will know you've wasted your years on something that gives nothing back.
