Sounds like the porblem is on your part. never had this happen and I've played this game unpached in 2004 and then later with the wesp fanpacthes up until version 9.5.
I had this problem, your saves separate if you run it in administrator mode. Try not using it and see if your saves are there.

I don't know. It's a shallow RPG with terrible controls/gameplay/combat and a half assed second half but people still love it for some reason.

Has anyone ever gotten a masquerade game over without doing it on purpose? The game gives you redemptions like they ain't shit and everyone but an unstealthy as fuck Nosferatu or a starving asshole Gangrel/Brujah almost never incurs a non-quest violation.
