I like how D.Va is right now. She's just fine as a disruptor and it's a fun playstyle. I've always played her as someone to disrupt bottlenecks and pushes, use the shield to stay mobile along with the boost, and the guns to tag and annoy. Her push works great on retreats and campers.
I'm not sure why she needs anything else. She's great at her role.

I'm totally fine with my rank. Not everyone can be good at FPS games. I'm bad but really enjoy Overwatch. Also, people in lower ranks make funny plays that a high rank would never make, which makes the game easier for me.

I have around 24 hours use on her and I actually stopped using her a long while ago because she's so easy to shutdown with her not being even able to do anything. When I used her in the PTR, I was actually finally able to get in close and do some love taps with Defense Matrix while actually surviving being in the mech and actually damaging people by myself unlike before.
It also has been a while since I've actually killed someone with her ulti. I guess people still are suprised that it goes of a second faster than before.

The average is totally dependent on whether or not your team is shit.
If your team is good, they're not going to need as many heals.
If your team is awful, that's a lot of health you can be patching up.
There's also the skewed values depending on map type, game mode and whether or not you're playing Quick Matches or the much longer Competitive mode.
Average is a useless metric to look at in this game.

That's the problem with this game and this genre of hero-shooters, the skill ceiling is so abysmally low that just going to the hero selection screen and left clicking on a hero is now considered a skill.
I'm legitimately disappointed in myself for buying this game. I haven't bought a full priced game in ages, but I let the hype get to me and got it. Now I realize how shallow it is, with most of the roster being unusable if you want to win, and most of the characters' skill ceilings being incredibly low.
I should've stuck with Natural Selection 2, even with all the cheaters it has.

You can't just expect to win by simply picking a counter.
You have to be familiar with all of the heroes for any chance of winning.
Example; If a Widow is sniping your whole team, you might want to switch to
Winston and hunt her down. Even though Winston is a go-to to counter Widow,
You can still outplay Harambe because of your differences in damage, maneuverability,
and cooldown times if you're good enough. Being knowledgeable of all of the heroes
and their abilities is how you win and trying to main a few and getting upset when
you get countered doesn't make the game bad.
