>Will there be anyway for Nintendo to sell or add additional games to the system down the line?
>No. The console is a standalone device, so it cannot connect to the internet or any external storage devices. The 30 games included with the system were chosen to provide a wide variety of top-quality, long-lasting game-play experiences.
NINTENDOH, NOT EVEN ONCE
Nintendo really are going the Sega route. They're started making plug and plays.
Can someone explain why people are so made? Atari, Sega and Neo geo have made plug and play consoles.
The wrong company died.
At least the controller isn't expensive.

I don't really know. This thing doesn't matter at all.
Stop being entitled, sonygger. Those 30 games are better than anything on PS4.
Cosidering how hard Nintendo usually Jews on VC prices 30 games for 60 bucks is extremely cheap.

Atari, Sega, and Neo Geo have plug and play consoles that let you use the original cartridges and controllers. This thing is essentially a plug and play box with 30 Virtual Console games.

How is this any different to rare replay? 30 old games for a cheap price. This is cheaper than buying all those games in the virtual console. Only difference is that here you get a cool lookimg mini console.

My parents got me one of these when I was a kid.
One of the best gifts a boy could have.
It ruined my life to be sure, but I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat.

If it supported a USB cartridge for more games people would use it to load Homebrew and Nintendo has a track record of their products having poor security. Someone will probably figure out a way to solder a USB/SD adapter onto the motherboad so you can play more games is what I'm hoping.
