It's not "justified" well at all.
A better/easier way to see it is to look at the lines either side of the "and the". It's longer on the right than it is on the left (you can see it get more transparent on the right), meaning that it's probably more to the left.
This could just mean that Level-5 are being retarded with the design, but I doubt it.
