Katawa Shoujo, although he's a shithead BlueXephos did post here a lot and is making something that resembles a game (Yandere), I'm sure there are others I'm not aware of.

If you're just one guy, you're probably not going to have experience with game design, programming, art and music all at once, so one of those areas is going to have to suffer or at least be intentionally simple.
