>spend over $1500 building a gaming PC
>don't feel like playing anything
>use said PC mostly for browsing 4chan
Why do I feel no motivation to play?
It's depression, m8.
Get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Eat better and be more active. Walk places, get your heart rate up.
I mostly don't play because of depression, I rarely play anything I just read gaming news and sometimes shitpost here

Depression.
how many games have you bought at once? sometimes having too much in your backlog can do that
Duh, just play Terraria for thousands of hours and make hundreds of characters to play on multiple separate windows and roleplay with yourself.
i usually dont feel like playing during a depressive episode
Do something else for a while. Try being a normie for a bit. Always makes it so i'd rather be doing nerdy NEET shit instead.
Go outside more, vitamin D deficiency is a major cause of depression and you probably don't get enough in your diet
>build $1600 PC
>play nothing but overwatch and darkest dungeon

You could play Bitcoin miner deluxe

Unplug. Clear your mind. Turn off the lights. Contemplate what you want. After a little while you will know what your desires are.
>about to spend huge bux on new PC, seduced by the possibilities
>fearful of not taking advantage of even half of it's power
If only I had a powerful PC since my childhood I could have made such good use of it.
Instead I grew up playing games with shitty graphics and terrible performance.
It might be too late, but I'm going to risk it anyway.

Why the hell would you ever use SLI.
Are you legit retarded.
>>345063062
There must be something since everyone keeps saying that. Even people who didn't see it either start vouching for it. They say it's good for you to go places and talk to people even if you find them bothersome at first.
Not that I'd know anything about that though. I have a hard time leting go of things.
>>345064129
>Why the hell would you ever use SLI.
For more performance.
>>345061472
I get that feeling when Im feeling sad or angry. Of course they are not big problems, but I just clean my room, shower and go smoke one or two cigs with whatever I feel like drinking and it just calms me down. You should try that.
>>345064401
Performance that isn't even supported or taken advantage of in a lot of shit. Waste of money.
>>345064510
I have SLI already now and over 900 games on Steam and pretty much all of them support SLI. I can't really think of any big games that don't support it. You sound a bit jello.

I can't go for a couple of reasons
It's too hot here, almost all year round, and I can't take it at all
And there's just nowhere I can go to begin with, there's dirt, dust, and I'd be fucked by the sun where nobody can find me
I'd love to move to a city soon and go everywhere
>>345064712
>over 900 games on Steam
You're one of those tards, i get it now.
>>345064857
One of what tards? A reviewer that gets free games from developers? Yeah, that's me.
>>345061472
What's your favorite old game? Go re-play that
>>345064803
It's not about going exploring on your own.
It's about being open to potencial possibilities.
You can say yes more to invitations/oportunities. Hang out with friends. Get yourself into projects like an instrument lesson or some shit like that, specially if you get to meet people and share the work with them.
Again, I can't atest for the eficacy of these methods, but I do belive in channeling your passion through something productive that you find enjoyable (even if it's financialy worthless).
About going out more and being more open to new experiences... yeah, I also have to work on that.
>>345065886
It's not that easy
If you haven't tried it yourself then you shouldn't be suggesting things
When you're in the middle of nowhere there's fuck all you can do
>>345066321
I'm not making suggestions. I'm just parroting what answers I've been hearing for a long time.
But as far as personal experience go, I will say again that having something to channel your passion is fulfillling.
If that helps with depression, anxiety or the general feeling like shit I can't say for sure, but it might be worth something when you feel good doing it regardless of the end result.
