No. I'd recommend playing XC first, I think it's a better game and you can get familiar with the mechanics.
Xenosaga and Xenogears have nothing to do with each other and Xenoblade.

They aren't related storywise, no. Not even in the same universe from what I can tell. There are just a few hints to the prequel like the Nopon.

They aren't related at all storywise, outside of a few references. Mechanically they're very similar, but XCX takes a more "WRPG" approach by having a very light main story with lots of side quests, whereas XC is just the main plot with filler sidequests.
XC is definitely worth playing and if you want to play both I'd start with XC. XCX adds a lot of new mechanics and ease of use features that make it really hard to go back to XC after XCX especially if its your first time playing both.

I liked it, but I've liked every smash game so whatever.
1st player content was super disappointing, but even though the addon characters were pointlessly expensive I still like them and I'm glad they were added.
At least online works now (except when it doesn't) so at least it's not brawl online
Can't believe there's not more love for Super Mario Bros. U, that game was a fantastic return to form for old-school platformers.
