Great for desktop use.
OK if a game supports it, but for nearly 90% of PC titles that do not, it is useless.
I see it as a good side monitor, but not as a primary one.

totally retarded, not only is it incompatible as fuck with a lot of things, 90% of the time there's no benefit to being able to see another 5° on either side of you when you easily lose quadruple that in vertical FOV, all so you can brag about your niche display size. Every retard I know who dumps a ton of money into an ultrawide or more than two monitors barely plays games and just spends most of their time jacking themselves off over their setup.

No, anon. I love having three monitors. I've been trying to position my laptop as a fourth also, just don't have the room. Having the ability to have information/chat and shit on one monitor, work or just browser on main, and then a third dedicated to having media content playing is great.

I would love one, but I'm not sure how often I'd benefit from it. Same with my 144hz monitor, I regret not getting a 1440p because I don't notice a big enough difference from 60 to 120.

The blizzard way of doing it gimps your horizontal vision. People on smaller monitors actually see more than you and thats just stupid.
Really great for multitasking, so if you're someone who hates having multiple windows open (for whatever reason) UWDs will not be for you.

It's actually much higher than 90%. It's more like 99% when you count all the games.
And most new games -do not- support it.
16:10 is rare, 21:9 is mostly unheard of.

Hence why I said, multitasking. If you're already using multiple monitors for multitasking with a bunch of windows open, having them all opened on one (or more) uwds is pretty great and still gives you plenty of room.
