I tried giving it a go, Hell, since I pre-ordered it I was forcing myself to try and like it. But the awful AI ruined the singleplayer, the spam of "WE LOST A COMMAND POINT, TAKE IT BACK!", The Awful Lag in the oddest places, the fact you couldn't really *kill* someone rather than knock them out and keep firing for an absurdly long time to make sure they stay *down*, and the absurdly weak looking grenades all did it in for me.

NOTHING they advertised was in the game, not a single piece of gameplay, not a single trailer, none of that was actually in the fucking game itself. Elizabeth opening tears was all "cinematic" and not a gameplay element, you never got to wander onto Vox executions and have a chance to interrupt them, for fuck's sake, even the basic plot point of "the people are ignoring the tears/sweeping buildings that are on fire" to make you realize something fucked is happening here was completely thrown out the fucking window.

Possibly, it came with the PS4 I bought. The main story line was unfinished (inb4 but all of the story and lore is on Bungie's website!) and endgame is an endless grindfest.

Main issue with Brink was the shitty fucking maps. It was very obvious they only playtested with controllers.
Every single map at some point required one of the teams to escort some shit through a small chokepoint into an open courtyard.

Before this I promised myself that I would never preorder a game again after preordering Portal 2, but I liked Ground Zeroes and thought TPP would be bigger and better. But in the end, TPP was just the same 5 missions over and over again.

I had come off MW2 a while ago, loved the mobility in that game and was seriously let down by the comparative lack of mobility in BlOps
BRINK gets announced and they're talking up the SMART system that powers the parkour in the game and I was like "fucking yes, wallrunning and sliding added to MW2's mobility? I'm all in" Plus it looked gorgeous on top of it all.
Brink comes out and every character, even the lightest ones, feel like clumsy dogshit. Vaulting/wall running/sliding are all shitty slow animations that take ages to wind up and complete. The guns are weak as dicks and the time-to-kill is high.
Felt more like a shitty battlefield than anything.

There were so many people in the first zone that when the first invasion hit the mobs were too heavily scaled up for the population to handle.
