I'm having the time of my life, everything is perfectly balanced in this game. Why doesn't /v/ like it?
It's a step-down in level design, and the movement feels sluggish compared to earier titles. Personally, after dark souls 3 I appreciate the build diversity and ng+ changes.

Its a fun game OP, it has replayability and introduces convenient level passage. Think of it as a sublime rpg but a sub par souls game.

It's hard to get invaded. It's even harder to invade others.
In Dark Souls 1, invaders would invade anyone above their level, even if hosts were 700 levels higher.This was so fun!
And they removed it in DS2. Why?
And the new soul reward system is terrible. There's no point in multiplayer

The scenary was often disjoint. You'd be in a poison town then walk through a tunnel and suddenly you're inside Death Mountain. Didn't seem put together properly in that respect.
Also the rolling mechanics and hitboxes were fucked. There's no defending that shit.

I think it's supposed to be like walking out of the tunnel, crossing the mountains behind earthen peak, and then climbing to the castle sitting on top of a mountain. The thing is, the tunnel realistically should be at least a kilometer or two long, but you only walk like 20m to cross it

I got bored of it really fast. I'm probably just burnt out on Dark Souls at this point. Tried Bloodborne after playing DS3 at it was a blast. Still playing it.

Dark Souls is all about being an asshole when it's online. In PvE the enemies you're killing are mostly sick or undead people who did nothing wrong and are now sort-of-still-a-bit-sentient zombies so you can just RP them being normal if you wanna be edgy.

This desu. Got bored of DaS3 at profaned capital on NG+, went back to bloodborne and loving it again. Transformation attacks add so much to the combat with the kinds of combo you can do, in dark souls it's just R1 R1 R1 or R2 R2 R2
