Dva's defense matrix is now on a mouse button and works off a recharge system. 10 seconds to fully recharge from empty, and a full charge lasts 4 seconds. The matrix has a 1s cool down so you can flip it on and off anytime you want. Her ult explodes after 3s now instead of 4 and doesn't hurt her.
