It's really a shame the series got shitcanned the way it did. SCV was more fun SCIV or III mechanically but goddamn did it suck there were so many clone characters and the story was ass and the game was obviously rushed out the door way too fucking early.
Lost Swords was just a complete and utter abomination I can't believe existed.

I can safely assure you most characters have their own focus point that makes them some what different for both the predecessors and new comers
considering the data from Lost swords too

SCV was fine and Lost Swords was the most scummy I've ever see a fighting game ever be..
Charging $80 per character for a single player fighting game?!
Limiting the amount of time you can grab said characters?!
I sincerely hope Bamco does come back and just give us SCVI, as they were seemingly the only devs good at making a compelling Create-A-Fighter character creator.

Honestly, if SCV's story wouldn't have sucked hot ass it would have been a fine soft reboot considering the director originally wanted to call the game Soul Edge 2.
