Very high
Xenon and Zephyr Mobos are what you want to avoid. Their temps require replaced thermal compound and I very much recommend the fan mod so they stay at 100% speed at all times.
You will get fucked fast if you dont take these measures.
Falcon and Opus boards are better, but still have RROD and heat issues
Jasper Boards are least likely to RROD unless you actively fuck with it. Temps are nice too
Slims are in the same as Japsers but that's not what we're talking about.
In the end if you want to avoid an RROD you go with either Jaspers or Slims (Slim E model is nice too i guess)
Here's a chart that can aid you. All can be modded. Just be sure you dont fuck it up.

the RRODing ones aren't manufactured anymore since 2007, so the possibility is pretty low, you can just check the manufacturing date or the power brick (first rev. of x360s had 200w supplies, the newer ones 175w or lower)
if you want to be sure you can just get a slim but IDK how easy it is to flash the disk drive of those ones, if pirating X360 is even in question.
You can always look out for a JTAGed console on craiglist if you want to play games directly from the harddrive without a hassle.

CECH 2500 and earlier (its a slim model for 2500) are all moddable. Stay away from anything past that model as you risk being left with an unmoddable system

obviously every console can fail, but the RROD OP is concerned about is the E74 failure due to the XClamps which pretty much got eliminated with the lower TDP GPUs after Falcon boards.
I ain't saying Jaspers never fail but the chance for those to fail are minuscle compared to Xenon boards, not to mention other shit like the drive (Samsungs and Hitachis suck, BenQ drives were a godsent).

The average temp on a xenon and zephyr are 70-75C unless you change paste. I know this because i have botch (as devkits - xenon with sidecar) and a dead demo kit (xenon board, unknown reason for death but it ran perfectly for an hour then just shit itself)
The dead xenon returned multiple error codes 0022 and 0220 which are very poorly documented errors, and since it was able to give both instead of just 1 then theres clearly more at hand than just the simple "oh xclamps did it"
in the end it doesnt matter, we both agree jaspers and slims are best choices for this, OP likely wont get a jasper
