It doesn't have any major flaws but it also lacks anything interesting beyond the humor and portal gimmick. You do one or two incredibly short playthroughs and then never touch it again because there's nothing to the game.

Good game but there were few puzzles in the second one that were much more difficult to figure out. First one is almost like a tech demo more than anything, it doesn't take but a few minutes to unravel even the hardest puzzles in it.

Of course it is. Replayability is a major element of a game. The fact the portal is short -and- is a puzzle game makes the replayability very close to nul, making it an objective flaw.
There are numerous ways to solve certain puzzles, but once you've done them once, there's not much more substance to the game.

I really disagree with this. The game had a gimmick. It was a really strong gimmick and captivated players. And the game lasted almost EXACTLY as long as the gimmick was interesting. Portal 2 showed this and wisely added the repulsion gel stuff in. Right when the game was getting the point where it was no longer interesting, bam, new feature.
