Japanese VAs are professionally trained for years and work intensely on fuck ton of anime, live action dubs and games compared to the western equivalents who aren't Laura Bailey or Nolan North who are far too big now for something like P5 as much as I'd like Laura to voice Ann.
Even with the industry comparison Japanese dub has every star in the industry: Fukuyama, Miyano, Sugita, Nana, Aoi Yuuki, Rina Sato, Nakata, fucking Jesus Yamato and even fucking CHAR'S VA.
