As someone who mainly plays support, the charge nerf was needed as getting a second rez off in a teamfight if you were a smart mercy was more than a bit ridiculous
Honestly the self-healing thing isn't really gonna be that big an issue because while she does get clipped from time to time, for the most part if mercy is getting shot at, something very bad is happening and she is about to die.
The ult builds up slower now, but not slow enough that I'm gonna stop throwing it out like candy, especially since the pistol still builds like 2.5% a shot or something suitably ridiculous.
Lucio honestly just got a lot scarier, it was possible before if you were a good, aggressive lucio to get a second sound barrier in a big-ass teamfight, but with the self-healing now, it's not gonna be difficult given how fucking sticky he is

I haven't tried the PTR, and being able to put up a shield for a split second to nullify a rocket or something then get that meter back almost immediately sounds completely broken. But D.Va was ASS before. You could occasionally do well with her but any decent team would DPS her down pretty quick thanks to her giant head hit box. She was a decent off-tank that could help assault a point, but Zarya did that better with a stronger ult and higher damage. She could help chase down flankers, but Winston did that with higher damage, a bubble for his teammates, and an ult that effectively gives him 1000 more hp. D.Va had no niche besides being an overtime stall tank, and even THEN Mei did that better!
That all said, if D.Va's shield ends up being OP I don't want it to just go back to the old version. Some form of this new shield is exactly what D.Va needs

You guys know that Hog's gas can heal now charges whole hog, right? It looks like a huge nerf, but everyone with a self heal got their ultimate charge lowered, roadhog got the biggest change because he has the most drastic self heal. He charges at the same rate if you suck up enough damage.

The Hook + Left Click + Melee thing is a less reliable Un-nerfed Fan the Hammer combo and everyone seems to be perfectly ok with it. Hell at least getting Flashbanged and then fanned would be over is a couple of seconds. Getting hooked is a dice roll of either dying, or being pulled into a team and trying to get out again, or pulled miles through the fucking air and ending up behind and then dying fucking anyway.
It would not even be all that bad if there was not always some fucker playing a cooldown Roadhog who only ever hooks and does nothing else at all ever.

They lowered McCrees damage drop off to be inline with Soldiers. He still has drop off so it isn't sniper but the drop off isn't so harsh that hitting people a bit beyond mid range doesn't feel like throwing rocks as it did.

Just saw it happen in a Seagull stream, Mcree High Nooned from up high on the last point on Gibraltar, Dva blocked the ult from the ground but ahead of her teammates. He can hook from behind a wall, and especially pull people down from a ledge where they are out of sight.
It has nothing to do with 20 tick, it's his ridiculous hitbox on his hook.
Try it out in the practice range, especially try aiming it above the head of the target.
The only other thing is the hook grabs as the animation starts, not finishes and people can keep moving for a little bit after being grabbed.
