>crafting takes forever, locks you in an animation and doesn't pause the game

>combat feels floaty
That's about it. Worth 5 bucks in a sale, but yeah.

As mentioned in a previous thread, it's okay.
The game basically combines everyting a Souls game has and a rouge-lite has
>good aesthetic/art direction
>faniliar combat (to souls players)
>tight controls
>interesting enemies
>great environments
>decent random level generation (though I haven't played throug as many times yet, but keep finding new rooms/combinations)
>nice humour
>exploration is offen rewarding

However, this also includes the bad points both have
>terrible camera when locked on (wall clipping etc)
>some hitboxes can be cluncky
>being swarmed by enemies is the worst thing that can ever happen
>many pointkess/half-empty rooms
>1 hit + dodge is the most reliable and safest strategy
>some weapons have fairly useless special attacks
>not enough weapons variety
>the rougelike progressions feels lackluster

I've played all the Souls games and about 80% of recent rouglites and the game is fun, a lot more fun with a friend or two, but can also be more challenging due to friendlyfire

Overall a decent game, but could use more content in general, feels a bit rushed

It was pretty clear this was going to suck after they pushed back the release date and still didn't have anything new to show in the latest expo they were at before the launch.
