The game felt extremely clunky. I'm a massive fan of Dwarf Fortress and I felt like it was unintuitive and too much work for fun.

Dug a hole in the ground, tried to build a room above ground then gave up at the weird walls are in the background business, then spent 3.5 hours going on non stop exploration tours of dark holes in the ground. Which was really fun admittedly. But that was all I enjoyed about it.
