Chunky put DK to shame in 64, Dixie's hair is damn resilient, Funky definitely works out and Kiddy is impressively strong for an infant. The Kongs in general are pretty strong. That said, K. Rool is hardy. Dude can take a lot of abuse.

idk what to say about Cranky, young cranky seems as strong as 64 DK, and old cranky can still bounce on his stick even with DK, so he still got some strenght.
