How much of a weeb do you need to be to import Japanese exclusive games?
I imported last year this game, and I don't read Japanese at all while I had watched like 2 or 3 shows of Kamen Rider.

Depends on the game. If it's an RPG there's no point if you can't understand it. If it's just some beat 'em up it doesn't matter. Of course, >>344823445 this is pretty much always an option nowadays.

my main Rider is Wizard, but some of the challenges in Battride War II I find them pretty hard to play. Like playing at level 1 against very hard enemies. I actually have trouble beating two or more bosses because I can't focus on only one, but if I don't focus on the others I usually get hit and die very quickly.

My main Rider is Kabuto, sub is Kiva. I really need to find a long-range Rider I'm comfortable with, though. Last survival mission of Genesis is obnoxious. Hell difficulty, three Riders, your health is halved, and they kill you in one hit. Then you get a wave of mooks to refill health. And then three more Riders, one of whom can only be hurt with attacks while you're in your Final or Ultimate state.
I'm not sure if I'm proud of this or curious if it'll work in my xbone
I like Fourze series the best but in the game I can't play it at all.

Most of the Riders with form changes are a bit finicky because they're gameplay revolves around said form changes. That said, yes, Fourze is probably the most cumbersome of them gameplay-wise. Only Double might be worse in that respect. Maybe.
I imported Puyo Pop vs Tetris because it had no chance in hell of coming here.
It was definitely worth it.

Pretty weeb, because only weebs are delusional enough to think Japanese only games are forbidden fruit. The reason most don't get brought over is because they tend to be garbage that most people wouldn't want to put up with. There are some rare exceptions like Seiken Densetsu 3, but for the most part the games don't make it over because they're awful, and only the most diehard Japanese hikis would enjoy them.

Actually, no, most of them don't make it over here because the franchise they are a part of never made it over here. Much like the Kamen Rider OP posted. More examples would be the recent JoJo's games that HAVE made it over here specifically because there's a market for that in the west now that the manga are being distributed here and the anime has gotten a dubbed release.

If you want to play Kamen Rider games, your only choice is to import them. They won't be released in the west, no tokusatsu, really. I don't think it's weeb at all, do what you gotta do

Most of my imports(excluding retro stuff like super famicom and sega saturn). I hate it when games are digital only so sometimes I just buy it once in japanese to get a physical version and buy the digital copy to play in english. The collectorfag in me is too strong.

I import pretty much everything these days. JP games are cheaper, come out earlier and are uncensored. Why wouldn't you? Although the yen has been going up so "cheaper" is starting to become less common. Older games are still way cheaper.

Gundam Breaker 3 is fantastic and full of fan service. If you can think of a MS, it's probably in the game. Likewise, Extreme Vs. Full Boost is probably the best playing Gundam game around and it's roster is pretty much every important MS and Gundam from every series up to it's time of release.

It's a good game, but don't expect something special from gameplay standpoint. It's pretty bland and repetitive in that regard. Pretty simple brawler.
Customatization is main selling point. You can do a LOT in it, and probably will spend half of your play time customizing.
VS is competitive arcade game, no point getting if you don't have friends to play with or good ping with Japan.
But weren't all the Kamen Rider games mediocre?

They're incredibly loyal to the source material. They gameplay is generic musou stuff. At least the Battride War games, anyway. They're for fans of the series first and foremost. if you like Kamen Rider, you'll like the games for that. If you don't, you still may if you like musous, but don't expect anything revolutionary.

Unless you're playing on the highest difficulty, you won't get anything better than a C in the Battride War games. So unless you ARE playing on the highest difficulty, don't feel bad.

Most action games or fighting games that requires quite a bunch of fast combos, I can't do well because they way my brain seems to be work is that I can't focus on more than one thing at a times and in these games, you need to pay attention to your surroundings.
